Impact of Somatic and Addictive Comorbidities on the Quality of Life of Patients With Schizoaffective Disorder: A cross-sectional study

Introduction Schizoaffective disorder is a mental health frequently associated with somatic and addictive comorbidities. This association can be dangerous as it may change the expression of disease its prognosis even affect quality life (QOL) overall functioning patients. Objectives study aimed to investigate impact comorbidities on QOL patients schizoaffective disorder. Methods paper cross-sectional descriptive conducted at Department Psychiatry within outpatient settings over six months. We evaluated using SF-36 Global Assessment Functioning scale (GAF). included all suffering from excluded impairment, those we could not assess because another disability, missing records.
